Good but more like a Motel

The reception area is very nice and the staff also

It’s more like a motel than a hotel. The rooms are all a distance from the main building with an exterior entrance to each room and the restaurant is in the Golf club house not in the hotel which is a long walk from your room especially if it’s raining!!. Lots of walking for someone with a knee problem. The bathroom floor needed a good scrub

Almost everything was closed, ...January is not the season zo stay there. Poor kitchen, poor breakfast, no SPA,.. location is out of everything.

Ok, but wouldn’t stay again.

It was an ideal base for seeing the area

The Bathroom - as an adult family having a window from the bedroom to the bathroom was a little weird. There was a blind which you could close but that was very see through. Having a bath or a shower was difficult. I’m pretty sure my adult son who was travelling with my husband and I wanted to see either of us undress. The breakfast was ok, but not great. One 2 of the 4 days we stayed there was no breakfast buffet and you had to order breakfast. When ordering simple egg on toast, the toast came out 10 minutes before the egg which meant eating cold chewy toast. On day 4 of our stay we didn’t even bother going for breakfast.

Wonderful

The staff were friendly and helpful. The barman in club house was so friendly and very professional.

The first room allocated was not very nice. Went to reception and room changed immediately to a much nicer room.

Overall very good and would stay again just disappointing attitude of restaurant staff.

Breakfast and location good for our needs.

Initial attitude of staff in restaurant. Told we had 15 minutes to eat our meal and had to order a minimum of €42 excluding drinks. After other people came in attitude changed and restrictions changed.

Love the place. Hotel is nice and the pool looks lovely. Staff upgraded our room for free.

The hotel bar and restaurant were closed. I asked for some ice but they sent me to the club house to ask for some.

It was a pleasant stay for only the 12 hours we were there,

I thought there was a good selection of different food types for breakfast. More choices of juices would have been good.

The early check out and no tea/ coffee making facilities in the room. I felt the early check out time didn’t allow us to make full use of the facilities on offer. It was disappointing I had to pay more for a double bed, I thought this would have been standard. It would have been nice to be asked if we were interested in golf and wanting to play at our check-in.

Enjoyed, staff excellent

Breakfast was good ,food could have been hotter. Selection was good, didn't like the coffee machine.

Superb accomadation. Dinner could do better?

The accomodation is in small blocks on the complex NOT in a hotel. The basic unit is not very good, for an extra €5pn you can upgrade to a larger unit with outside area or balcony, we'll worth the money these units are superb. Breakfast good selection self service, coffee and orange surprisingly poor though.

Dinner is also self-service and a bit of a free for all. Few staff and thus no control over how people serve themselves. Could have hygiene issues? Not what one would expect for the price.

Rooms were spacious and comfortable. A car is required if you want to explore outwith the resort.

We had 1/2 board, good value but food could have been warmer. Opening times of bar was restricted so we used the Club house.

Compound feeling hotel, clean, comfort room.

Spacious room with terrace, clean, neutral colors interior. Bougainville, rosemary and orangetrees around the buildings.

Loud airco sound from outside near the room. There was a map that said spa at entrance but there is no spa.

Very useful and beneficial to planning our wedding

I feel like breakfast was fine there could be more options for eggs so someone making omelettes or poached eggs? I also feel like coffees could be nicer if there was a barista making lattes and cappuccinos etc.
